Return Policy

 

Thank you for ordering from Meeting Planner Supplies, llc.  We hope you are completely satisfied with your order.   If for any reason you are not satisfied you may return your merchandise within 15 days.

We appreciate your business and will handle your return immediately. Please call us at 800.444.9589 or email tammy@meetingplannersupplies.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number so that your return can be processed efficiently.

Our return policy is based on the type of merchandise:

·         Non-returnable: Customized or imprinted items

·         Returnable within 15 days: All other stock products.  A restocking fee of 20% of the invoiced price will apply, plus customer is responsible for return freight carrier and cost.  Returnable products may be returned for full credit excluding shipping and restocking fees

 

Product Return Requirements


Original Order Number will be necessary to process request

  • All returns must include an RMA number (please write on outside of box(es))
  • All items must be returned in their full original packaging & case pack quantities
  • Custom imprinted products may not be returned
  • Closeout Specials may not be returned
  • Shipping charges are not refundable
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping expenses

Any item not eligible for credit will be returned at the customer's expense.  Products returned may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
